Support.cc and its related services ("Service") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") set forth below. Please read the following carefully. Support.cc reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to said changes.
Account Terms
- You must be human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
- You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information required during sign-up.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Support.cc is not liable for any loss from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse any potential client at our sole discretion.
Payments, Refunds & Plan Changes
- A valid credit card is required for paying accounts.
- Monthly subscription: pay-as-you-go billed every 30 days. Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again.
- Annual subscription: discounted plans are offered with no refunds due to the discount provided.
- A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time monthly subscriptions only.
- For upgrades or downgrades, your credit card will be charged at the new plan rate on the next billing cycle.
- Downgrading may result in loss of content, features, or account capacity. Support.cc does not accept liability for such losses.
Cancellation and Termination
- The account owner is the only person who can cancel an account.
- Cancellations typically take 2–3 business days. Once canceled, all account data will be permanently deleted.
- Support.cc has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time.
Modifications to Service & Prices
- Support.cc reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Support.cc shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Copyright and Ownership
- Support.cc or its suppliers own all intellectual property rights to the Service. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, reverse engineer, or decompile any aspect of the Service.
- Support.cc claims no intellectual property rights over content you upload or provide. By using the Service to share content, you agree that others may view and share your content.
General Conditions
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind.
- You may not use the Service to store, host, or send unsolicited email (spam) or SMS messages.
- You may not use the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious content.
- Support.cc makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted, error-free availability of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
Support.cc, its affiliates and sponsors are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to the principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware for the purpose of resolving any dispute relating to your access to or use of the Service.
