Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Under 500 emails per month, with no credit card and no time limit. The only constraint is a "Powered by Support.cc" badge in your reply signature, removed on paid plans.
What counts as an "email" toward my plan limit?
One inbound message that lands in a Support.cc lane. Replies in the same thread are part of the original ticket and aren't metered again. Internal team comments, automated notifications, and bounce messages are free. AI drafts are free — only the message actually sent to your customer counts.
What happens if I exceed my plan's email limit?
We email you when you cross 80% of your limit and again at 100%. Tickets keep flowing — we don't drop messages — and overage is billed at the next plan's per-email rate. Upgrade any time and the rate stops.
Can I switch plans mid-billing-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you keep the features you've already paid for.
Do you offer annual billing? How much do I save?
Yes — annual billing saves 20%. Starter is $29/mo monthly or $279/year ($23.25/mo equivalent). Growth is $79/mo monthly or $759/year ($63.25/mo equivalent).
Can I cancel and get a refund?

Do you support SSO and SOC 2 compliance?
SSO via SAML is included on the Growth plan today. SOC 2 audit is in progress; the underlying controls (encryption at rest and in transit, least-privilege access, audit logging) are in production. GDPR-aligned data handling applies on every plan.
Will Support.cc migrate my existing tickets and KB articles from another helpdesk?
Yes. We import knowledge base articles and historical conversation threads from Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, and Help Scout. Migration support is included on the Growth plan and available as a one-off service for Starter — talk to migration support.
Do you charge per agent or per seat?
No. Support.cc prices per inbound email, not per support agent. Adding teammates is free on every plan, including Free. Most helpdesks charge $55–$132 per agent per month at scale — Support.cc doesn't.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
